Ernie Land was given one of the greatest
blessings in life and that was a Father who taught
him from very early on that a man’s worth
is measured by his honesty and integrity.
He also instilled in Ernie a love of the Lord,
a work ethic of working hard until the job is
done and that things are either right or wrong
but never just acceptable. His early work experiences
included working for a feed and seed store after
school unloading 100 pound sacks of feed, delivering
milk as a Milk Route Man, a Rack Salesman in the
grocery stores and working at a paper mill. Believing
strongly in the value of an education, Ernie followed
in the footsteps of his brother and advanced his
education in law and finance. After college, he
went to work in the Legal Department of a paper
company writing land contracts and still today
retains a FCEC license in order to defend the
rights of churches. He was promoted to the sales
division of American Can and in 1981 received
the salesman of the year award selling $13 million
dollars of product in Alabama and Florida.
Networking was brought into Ernie’s
life when American Can purchased a network marketing
company, A.L. Williams. A few years later,
the company was sold and the new owners decided
it was time to downsize. For the first time in
his life, he was unemployed. Ernie took advantage
of this time and promoted a small business he
had developed earlier that marketed a drink product
he had personally created. He was also networking
with Amway and was a silent owner of a janitorial
business which was combined with a tire store.
Cash flow was not an issue, however, the scales
tipped heavy on the side of debt. Knowing that
his family could not really have the freedom to
enjoy life while burdened with this debt, in 1993
he sold all his businesses and became totally
debt free and made the decision to enter the network
marketing industry full time.
Ernie believed that he could be successful
in anything he decided to do and successful he
was! A career that includes top 5 earner
with several companies, Director of Marketing,
Advisory Council member and motivational speaker
to name only a few of his many accomplishments.
Ernie gives us this advice; “It’s
all about being coachable, anyone can achieve
more than I have. You must, however, want more
out of life than what you have and instill the
power of a made up mind in achieving your goals.”
He is a very strong believer in the fundamental
law that whatsoever a man thinks he is... that
he will become. Simply stated if you think you
are good then you will be a good person and if
you think you are successful then successful you
will be. This law is as fundamental as the law
of gravity. What ever goes up, must come down.

David Bass
From the very beginning of David’s work
career as a motorcycle mechanic, his entrepreneur
spirit told him there was something out there
that he would rather be doing. The home based
business industry caught his attention because
of all the advantages connected to being his own
boss. He began reading very positive self motivational
publications and surrounded himself with positive
and successful mentors. In a short period of time
he became a very successful Network Marketer and
reached the prestigious title of SVP in financial
services. Because of timing and taking action
early David has been able to build several Network
Marketing groups in excess of over 50,000 people
and earn more in a month than he did in a year
in financial services. David knows what its like
to be in the trenches and is a great sounding
board for the reps in the field.

Steven R. Holland
Steven R Holland lives in Panama City, Florida
with his wife Kimberly and daughter, Peyton Elizabeth.
Steven spent nine years working for corporate
America in the marketing, advertising and sales
training arena. He has also been involved in the
Network Marketing industry for over 17 years.
He was first introduced to the advantages of Network
Marketing at the young age of twenty while still
in college. Immediately he knew that it was a
life long career that would work for him. Networking
is based on the same principle that he had been
taught his entire life. The more people that you
help in life to get what they need and want, the
more successful your life will be. It’s
that principle that comes back to him again and
again. Through the years he has built a team of
marketers across North America to help market
products and services through relationship marketing.
